How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself almost everyday too but, I don't post that weight. I belong to a weight loss support group that meets on Tuesday nights, so I post only my official weights from those weigh-ins. I worked really hard this past week and added so running to my usual six mile walk. I hope to keep up the losing trend.
