hey. My name is Nat, i'm 20. I've started this diet in Nov'10 and my aim was to lose 38kgs (84lbs) by 31st Dec 2011 but that didn't happen, i was so close at 68kgs in Oct 2011 but lost my way and gained a lot back. Now I'm back on the wagon and my new aim is to reach my goal of 60 kgs by july 2014 which is my graduation :)
