I try to enjoy life and keep a positive attitude. Right now, I'm trying to lose some weight I've put on over the last few years. My weight has always gone up and down depending on diet and exercise, and I've been eating too much of the wrong kinds of food. At one time, I was a vegan for several years. My weight normalized and I felt pretty good. I'm hoping that will happen, again.
