Well, I don't love peanutbutter because it's dificult to find in my country, but i LOVE peanuts. One of the things that I stop eating. I used to seat in front of the TV seeing FOX series eating peanuts. I was getting REALLY FAT.

I also love peanuts, actually any nut. I am having trouble finding one that I can use for a snack. It is like so many of my other favorite foods, I know I can't eat just one so I have to leave them at the store.

Another peanut butter nut here! My weakness is peanut butter and chocolate combined. I even make my boys chocolate chip pancakes in the morning, and then smear peanut butter on top. Not healthy, but so yummy! What they leave on their plates, I always eat. So, the question is, am I really making it for THEM.... or really for ME??? LOL

I do exactly the same thing. I switched to an all natural peanut butter and only eat recommended serving size a day even if its not in my diet plan. It keeps me satisfied for what I crave most.

I found a delicious alternative... It is called NATURALLY MORE.

It actually has FLAX in it and it is really quite good !

I found it at a Walmart in rural Missouri, but the website has places you can find it as well. Check it out: http://www.naturallymore.com/

Another thing I have been using is Maranantha Natural Almond Butter.... It is so good and natural. A schmear on your banana or in a smoothie is delicious... and you get the flavour and don't have to overdo it...

I find natural peanut butter tastes better and is more filling then say kraft crunchy peanut butter or what not.

People can be scared of peanut butter on diets because its high and fat, but its good fat and it honestly curbs your hunger for a fair amount of time. Plus its delicious!

peanut butter is awesome. its high fat, but it's good fat, & just a spoonful will usually fill me up. Smile i want to try almond butter, & natural peanute butter.

Cool FOR PEANUT BUTTER ADDICTS...LOL! I just tried a product "Better'n Peanut Butter" from Trader Joe's...and it's great. Takes care of my cravings...and compared to other brands...it's not bad on the diet. [2 Tbsps., 100 cal., 2g fat, 13g carbs., 0 cholest., 95mg sodium, 4g protein]

The smartest choices for nuts while one a diet (and especially for woment) are roasted (unsalted) almonds (they are one of the power foods) and Walnuts.
I purchase the bags of almonds and then separate them into snack baggies so that they are already portioned (since its hard to stop)

Also, Whole Foods has the Almond butter that you can grind for yourself and it has organic dark chocolate! Way yummers!

OMG I am SO addicted to Nutty Buddy's too! My daughter takes them in her lunch so they are always in the house. Sometimes when I am weak I go to the pantry and grab one... then I am back in the panty 5 minutes later because they are SO GOOD! Once I have one bite I cant stop til I have had twpo packages. Then I sit in dispair as I remind myself of the Nutrition Lable.... eehhh These things should be outlawed!!
Making every calorie count,
