Hectic and Crazy Week
I have had a very bad week. I am sending an apology to all of my challenges that I have joined where there are teams involved. My start will not be very good when I weigh in tomorrow, but I am back on track now eating properly and exercising. I have missed several days of logging, etc. so I am just starting again from today. I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully it won't be too bad of a gain.

Challenges
I joined a number of challenges and two of them that I joined has dropped off the "My Challenges" section. Could anybody tell me why? I looked in the challenge section and found both of them and are both in progress. I am not sure what happened, but I no longer have them listed as a challenge for me/ Sad

Stuck with only 10 pds to go.....
You need to switch up the food you are eating and turn around your workout schedule. You need to confuse your body. Your body gets used to the same foods, the same calories, and the same schedule of exercise. You need to confuse your muscles.
