Mini Challenge - Get Active
"I work out 5 days a week though. I run, bicycle, do the eliptical machine, lift weights, and participate in crosstrain challenge and boot camp at the YMCA. I don't do all of those activities each week, but a combination of them for a total of 5 days a week. I always run every week and I always lift weights of some sort every week."
