I have had a very bad week. I am sending an apology to all of my challenges that I have joined where there are teams involved. My start will not be very good when I weigh in tomorrow, but I am back on track now eating properly and exercising. I have missed several days of logging, etc. so I am just starting again from today. I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully it won't be too bad of a gain.
