im joining the ymca today
I have been doing Zumba at our locay YMCA for the past 2 years. I love it! WAY WAY fun. And realy a good workout. If you are just starting Zumba, don't get discouraged the first few times, it is a little hard to follow at first, but one you learn the moves, it is easy and fun! good luck to you!

Wii Fit
We have Wii fit. It is fun, but honestly, you spend too much time in between working out, pushing buttons to get to the next exercise. I have not tried the Wii Zumba or the Wii Biggest Loser, maybe they have longer exercise segments.

Maintenance buddies wanted/needed!
Wish I was there, still have 10 or 11 pounds to go, and they seem to be the getting harder to lose!! I am afraid maintenance may prove to be the hardest to all.

HOw many calories is TOO LITTLE?
Thanks guys for all your input! I am probably not eating enough calories, but I am not hungry.... My schedule is just too busy to do more excercise, wish I could fit it in.....
