u know u can do things as u r watching tv too how about some crunches, streaching, light weights arms little things add up to success.. leg lifts hold them up count to 10 start with 4 dont let you legs ...

its saturday.. long work out day get outside
with the weather is nice head to the hills and visit Nature..taking the dog to the dog park I find it hard to eat enough more veggies protine..water water water :p
