im joining the ymca today

I guess I will join the ymca today. I think it is necessary for me to lose more then i lb a week. my fat secret said it would take me 5 months to get to my goal. So zumba here I come. Come on slimmer sisters lets go!!!!

I have been doing Zumba at our locay YMCA for the past 2 years. I love it! WAY WAY fun. And realy a good workout. If you are just starting Zumba, don't get discouraged the first few times, it is a little hard to follow at first, but one you learn the moves, it is easy and fun! good luck to you!

I weigh every morning after I come out of the shower, before I get dressed to go to work. As said before, consistency is key.

Joined my first challenge
Just joined my first challenge. I'm hoping this will finally get me motivated to lose my extra kilos. It's so hard to motivate myself to exercise when it's so darn cold outside.
