I am finally accepting who I am and I know I will never be a size 0. But I am okay with that. I will be happy at a size 12 or 10. I like some of my pudge but I have so much now its effecting my health. Im the biggest of my co workers and I'm actually getting concerned with diabetes and chest pains and such. I want to look as good as I'm starting to feel on the inside.

Looking for some friends
Ill be a buddy if you like =] I have about 70 pounds to lose and would like it to stay off. I am a college graduate and I have lost about 30 pounds since January. I also have a group of skinny friends. My family just refuses to eat better so i began looking here. =]

need a buddy (sounds lonely)
hey there! I am also doing a low cal diet and i have been doing it since January. I found that after a week or two the cravings went away and the binging wasn't a problem anymore. Just stick to your guns and you should be fine =]
Now that Im home for the summer its a different story. No one in my family wants to eat healthy and it makes it difficult to find low cal healthy foods in this house. I am getting back on track so if you'd like we can be buddies and we can help each other out =]
