found Fatsecret when I was searching in Google for a decent calorie counter.
And I'm totally excited!
Soo...I am 23 years old and have been chubby since ever. I always had a low self esteem because of that,so I fight this extra weight since middle school and now as a young adult. I'm afraid that I cannot mention a period of my life where my weight was ideal, not even as a child, so I can only imagine it and hope that I will achieve it someday.
Did my research, read countless articles, gathered many diet plans, worked a lot with myself and my relationship with food, only to realise that I'm addicted to food (grain and sugar mostly) and often a binge emotional eater as well. Thus, I decided to reconsider my eating habits and switch to low carb in 2016.
Briefly my weight history (2010-2016):
2010: 84 kg(or even more,my scale wasnt reliable) that's about 185 pounds.
2011: 73 kg (161 pounds) I was really close to a normal weight.
2012: 76 kg (167 pounds)
2013: struggling between 76 and 74,not stable.
2014: 76-77 kg
In April I reached 79 kg and this is where I decided that the weight gain should stop.
Present (December 2015): 73 kg
My height is 172cm (~ 5'8'')
