food cravings.
uuurrrggg today i had so many things! like an ice cream, thai food for dinner, one sweet, biscuits! god!!! thats so not ok!! m feelin guilty!Embarassed

sweet tooth
have tried having fruits but it does not help me...i think if at times i wudnt get a complete meal and wud end up eating dessert like a pudding or something i wud be fine!

i knw its one of d worst things but i have a biggg sweet tooth and i cant end my meal without some sweet or dessert! psychological some say but wid me thts the case...i reallly want to get out of it....if i ve been able to get out of other eating habits why not this Crying or Very sad
