In my 20's, to 30's I worked out probably 5 -6 days a week. I ate anything I wanted and never had trouble my weight. Then at 40 I started eating, and drinking too much; also stopped working out after knee surgery for maybe 2 yrs. By that time my weight was out of control. Maybe about 45 I started working again, and controlling my eating habits. I also gave up meat and pork. My weight and health was back at a healthy level. I moved to ATL, and started eating meat and pork again, stopped working as often and here I go again.... Overweight! this time I'm struggling with giving up the meat and pork, its seem I crave it now and give in to the crave. Also, I suddenly crave sweets, like never before. Every day, I start over and keep trying. I do see progress, yet slow progress in my eating habits. But, it’s not showing yet physically.
