Let me start out by saying that I am a short fat man. Well now that is out of the way let me introduce myself. My name is DJ. I am a 34 year old male in living in Northwest Indiana. I have been "obese" all my life. I have been on diets before and was either always hungry or just gave into too many cravings. I have never really lost much weight but I sure gained it. Especially when I went from working in factories to a desk job. While I love my job, I don't love me. So after thinking about this for a long time (several months) I started to make little changes. Well my little changes are now turning into lifestyle choices (I'm NOT dieting!!!). I feel really good about the decisions I have been making about food and activity (I don't "EXERCISE"!!!). While looking into what is more healthy and how a BIG guy can take off fat I found this website. While I like how I can keep track of my eating choices and activity levels I don't like some of the words used on (and in) this site (i.e. Diet, Exercise, Weight (lbs)). These words all have a negative impact on me, therefore my goal is to lose "Fat" and increase my daily activity levels. With doing that the inches should come off and I will have a better quality of life.
