I was just looking at this and it is time to update.
I started Jenny Craig at 211 lbs and made it to my goal at that time (150lbs).
Over time old habits returned and I am back currently working towards a goal of 145.
I also love Shakology and the Beach Body workouts. They are awesome. Want to know more about them.
