I know from previous weight loss I need to keep my calories around 1200 a day to lose weight. Its 1:30 and I have reached this already so I am done eating for the day or so I hope I do not eat any more. ...

My personal goal is the actual 7 pounds! I've been stuck at .8 per week so if I can do the actual 1 per week I will be trilled. I'm not going to worry about the weekly amounts just the total 7 ...
