Diet pills
Hello everyone? I am on that last 5-10lbs that I want gone. I know if i didn’t eat pure sugar and crap come 8pm i probably could. But, does anyone take any diet pills that they know worked for them? Just want a little help getting over this plateau.. someone told me ALLI worked well for them but wanted more opinions. thanks and have a good day!

5:2 Fast Diet
Hi everyone! I want to lose about 10 lbs right now and think this may be the best diet.. are you allowed to exercise on the fast days? I dont ever really like to skip more then one day a week working out. Thanks!

New scale
Thanks everyone! I just thought it was weird that the scale said 57.5 was high for water.. i would assume I want it high in water n low in fat. Appreciate the feedback!

New scale
My new scale measures water, body fat, and obviously weight. Today I was:

140.5. 19.5 body fat and 57.5 water weight.. im confused though because accoring to their chart anything over 57.0 is considered high for water weight.. what does that even mean!?!/
