Hi guarianangel33,

Unfortunately, there is no really no way for anyone to answer that question for you. Everyone's body is different, and don't go by that # on the SCALE it will drive you insane (if you let it)! For me, I lost inches first (tape measurer), and then the scale shortly thereafter followed. I have a pear shape (bottom heavy), so while everyone else kept telling me I looked slimmer, I still couldn't see...looking back on pictures I do now! Smile All I can say is, keep at it, you'll start seeing some results! I hope this helps!

Hi katburt,

May I ask what exercises did you do? I have the same problem (since youth for me). Believe me, I can't lie and say that lipo hasn't crossed my mind, but I want to exhaust all options before I go that route.
