Goos carbs, bad carbs
Hi I'm not a expert but like the good carbs would be fruit and veggies. Bad would be process foods. In a box, bag, fast foods. Keep your foods simple. Hope it helps.

third shift blues
I find that i eat a dinner when I get up, salad for lunch and the last meal of the day would be a light breakfast. Prepared a head and frozen burritos. for a snack would be Atkins shake or and protein and a veggie. If you keep yourself busy you'll find the time goes by so does the gravings. Good Luck.
