I am a 57 year old man. I don't feel that old but time passes. I want to get down to 175. I am married to and very much in love with an "Outlandish" woman. We have 6 kids. Two are out of the house, one is back home and going to college after being on her own for 8 years, one is 25 and one is 19 living at home and going to college, and last but not least is a 16 old, she is autistic and needs a bit of extra care.

I like my life and I love kids, although a few less in the house would be okay. I find time to take my wife out on a "date" at least once a week.

Well this is me wish me luck.

Swimming workouts
Convert yards to miles and go places. ie.. swim to the east coast then treat yourself to a seafood lunch. Set different goals with different rewards. Start at home or make it a tour. Swim to California then go to a local wine tasting. Have fun with it.
