I am a 55 year old man. I don't feel that old but time passes. I want to get down to 175. I am married and am raising 5 kids. One is out of the house, one is back home and going to college after being on her own for 8 years, one is 23 and delivering Chinese food, I am hoping this helps him straighten his life out, one is 17, he is a good kid but a teenager and working hard at it, the last but not least is 14 she is autistic and needs a bit of extra care.

I like my life and I love kids, I try to find time to take my wife out on a "date" a couple of times a month. I would like to go out more, just the 2 of us, if I had a little more time and money we would. I'm working on this.

Swimming workouts
Convert yards to miles and go places. ie.. swim to the east coast then treat yourself to a seafood lunch. Set different goals with different rewards. Start at home or make it a tour. Swim to California then go to a local wine tasting. Have fun with it.
