Im an LPN living in grandforks nd. I graduated may 2010 weighing my heaviest at 255lbs. Within 6 months I lost 20 lbs by just working and not studing for 12 hrs a day, at which id eat snacks and huge meals while studing then sleep a lot. But after school ended my nites out consisted of food. Eatting out a lot and buffets were my fav. especially. Chinese. I felt gross and bloated most days also I overate like this for over 10 years. binging at home. Most likely I had a eating disorder. So I was turning 30 and made my new years resolution to lose weight. And I had my bday trip coming up at the end of jan. To mexico. I freaked out. worring I'm single and am in the worst shape of my life. Started working out everyday at snap fitness. Losing 15lbs within first few months. At first I could only walk fast on treadmill for maybe 15 min. Working up a sweat Then in march 1st i joined a 8 week weightloss challenge at my gym and I won!!losing 8 lbs. Since then I haven't lost much weight.I am tring to build some muscle to help lose more. Good news I'm still losing inches. Joining every challenge I can...I will beat this and I'm never going back!!
