I am a 31yo Southern female, who enjoys reading, shopping, and watching my favorite tv shows - NCIS and Law and Order:SVU. I also enjoy nature walks, swimming, visiting art museums, and cooking. I have always lost weight fairly well however after I turned 25yo, the battle has become a bit tedious.

I am just looking for a place where I can check points values for some of my fav food joints. My friends and I meet up at least once a week for a meal, I am a flexatarian so I believe the guide will help me to make smart choices rather than emotional ones....
