Am I suppose to be gaining weight. I am trying to lose but the scale is creeping up!
you may be trading out fat for muscle. I am frustrated now too. My weight has been steady for about 10 despite the calorie reduction. But today I slipped into my old size 16 pants instead of my 18s. Felt good. I measure my inches too. When I am eating right and active, the scale may not move the way I want it too but the tape measure will.
