I'm Trying...can't give up!!!
Are you using a pedometer to measure your steps? Or are you using one of those gadgets like body bug? Good luck getting up to 6 miles! I can barely do 2 at this point, on the treadmill. Yikes!

I'M up for it...!
I'm sure we can ALL do it... Just start by walking jus that little bit further. For instance get off the bus/ train two stops earlier and really go for it... Come on... we can do it! :d

I so need this challenge. I can't wait to get started. I usually walk with my friend at work 5 days but the weather hasn't worked for us to get back to that program so I will be bouncing around ...
