Hi - I'm Suzy, I live in sunny, hot muggy Florida. I'm 59, almost 60, and decided now was the time to get healthy and fit. I started loosing weight in December, 2013. I weighed 180 when I started and am down to 146. I have 16 lbs. to go to get to my goal of 130.

Getting close to your Goal? You should know this.
I'm working on dropping an extra 5 lbs. so I'll have a small cushion. I hit my goal the middle of September, so wherever I am at the end of October is where I'll try to stay.

Congrats, Cyndi! Like you, I reached my goal on the 18th. I also lost 50 lbs. I started my diet in December, 2013. As you said -now to maintain. Congrats!!!!

Welcome! As had been said-log your food. That's a big help, drink plenty of water and get moving. You'll do great and the pounds will be gone before you know it.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning after using the bathroom. I record my weight weekly on Saturday.
