what can I do to control my appetite?
OMG....I try to eat my 3 meals and some snack in between but after 7pm I do not eat anything, just water. In this moment I don't have time to do exercise so this challenge is perfect. But I am awake ...

Should you eat back your exercise calories?
Sounds very logical! but since you are not hungry, I wouldn't push it. However, if you do get hungry, go right ahead. Just be careful not to eat more than calories burnt.
