I decided to update my bio and my image picture. This is my step-son and I. We are STILL training for our first marathon. I REALLY need to lose the weight. My knees are taking the abuse of the weight. I know I have been slacking on the diet, so I really want to re-dedicate myself to my healthy eating plan.
Please offer any tips to overcoming bad habits! I have no "trigger" except for stress......And who on this earth does not face stress!!!

protein supplements?
I use "soy protein isolate. It sells in most health food stores for about $7-8.00 per pound it the bulk area. It has a "clean" taste. I'm guessing you all ready use soy being a vegitarian. Just a thought!
