Workout everyday (YES, you can)

Guidelines:
Balance your week between the following workouts: - 10 minute Cardio blast in the morning (x3) - 1 hour of intense cardio whenever (x2) - 20 minutes of resistance training whenever (x2) You only need gym gym for the intense cardio. The other stuff you can do at home in regular around-the-house clothing.
