Hi! My name is Marina and I have lost more than 30lb from 132 to 94 a few years ago... and now maintaining healthy weight of +-107lb. I look better than I used to be at 18 y.o.!
Usually I eat "low carb high protein" way. My favorite diets are South Beach and Atkins.
I love to work out (if I get up in the morning and make it to the gym lol) and I prefer heavy weights, group total body classes, dance (Modern Jazz).
Actually now I'm in Clinical Nutrition Program of Long Island University and my dream goal is to fight with children obesity and diabetes, and teach people to eat healthy, feel and look great.
