I am a 79 year old great-grandmother who loves to read, sew and play the piano. I live in Stacy, NC near the sound and ocean. I love the water. I love spending time with my family. I am a Christian and attend a Baptist church. I struggle with my weight and with sugar and sweets. I weighed 115-120 pounds when I got married at an early age.I have two children age 59 and 61. 2 grandchildren. 1 great. I had the stomach stapling in 1980 and lost 60 pounds and kept it off for 3 years. I then gained it all back plus 40 more. I 80 more to go. I do alterations for a lil job at home.

Saturated fat
I emailed fatsectret on adding saturated fat to tracking. They emailed back that I can but it's not n option on the choices. any help appreciated.

Tracking saturated fat??
Fat secret says I can track my saturated fat but it's not on the lists for me to check out of the 6. I emailed them and they replied I could and view more under reports which I also can't find. Help!

Adding saturated fat to my 6 selections.
I would like to know how to add saturated fat as one of my 6 statistics to follow each day. When I notified Fat secret they sent me an email saying I could now select sat. fat I still don't see how. anyone have an answer to this question? They said I could also see the progress under "reports" which I also don't see. what am I missing please.
