Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
Glad for this post I love cc and thought it would be too high in calorie and have brrn staying away, now I am going to the store.

Cheat Days??
I don't have cheat days either I agree with Kate you can't cheat on a life change. sometimes I do go over ny RDI but I don't go nuts and I don't go back to my old fat lifestyle

Another idea is to cook for her show her how good eating healthy can taste. I know once I started eating heathier I had more energy and wanted to get out and start doing things that equalled exercise. My ticker says I have lost 6 or 7 pounds but my journy started last year at 230 pounds.
