Guidelines:
If you have extra pounds like me, you will find that sitting is not very flattering. So suck it IN while sitting, keep the strength of your belly muscles and try to sit up straight too to elongate your figure!

How do you do it?
I visualize trying to get my belly button to touch my spine. I read that somewhere! I also try and do kegels at the same time. That is supposed to tighten lower abdominals, too.

Sometimes is hard to remember...
Yea, you should suck your belly during exercises, especially ab exercises. Your muscles have memories. So if you don't want your abs to protrude, suck it in!!!

Physical Therapy
wow that's awesome... I sure hope I get to a point where I barely have to think about it... I have the hardest time consistently remembering to keep it in... Great Job to you :)
