stationary bike ride tonight was a bit shorter due to working a bit late plus a couple after work errands. Still managed 41 minutes, 8.5 miles & burned 253 calories. Did 15 minutes at level 4 resistance, the rest at level 5' which was easier tonight compared to yesterday, when five was kicking my shrinking butt!

so my husband officially retired as of February 1st and he is enjoying his new lifestyle very much. He was a mailman forover 30 and definitely earned it.
I am determined to be sweet to him, despite having to get up Monday through Friday to go to work....for the next severalyears! But, there's a nine year age difference, so it was bound to happen. I told him my goal is for him to make enough money doing some new things he loves so I can retire sooner. Everyone always tells him he has an amazing voice, and he does.....very deep and sexy. His brother sounds alot like him & has been getting some voice work. My hubby will also be doing some travel to the East Coast to do some work with one of his oldest friends as well, so he has exciting times ahead and I am so happy for him & proud of him.
He recently gifted me with a really lovely pair of Citrine earrings to tell me how proud he is of all my hard work on this new lifestyle. I am a very lucky woman!
