I'm Leslie, and I've put on 51 lbs in the last 4 years. I like to tell people that it was because I broke my foot 4 years ago, and couldn't run anymore. I realize that has been just an excuse. I've decided that it's time that I stop making excuses and get back to being fit and healthy. I've been going to the gym 6 days a week doing cardio and weight training. I have also been using the Weight Watchers Points diet. My friend Nicol has been on this diet for over a year and she looks amazing!!! Self control is hard but I'm taking it one day at a time.
