I actually started last Tuesday, but I just found this site today! I love it! I was actually down 5 lbs, but I was on the road for a day at a soccer tournament for my son. Of Course the only place to stop is fast food. I have a weakness for McDonalds fries too!!! I ordered the two cheese burger meal. Yesterday at the hotel with their contenintal breakfast, I started out really well! I had a serving of oatmeal, but dumped out half of it because it got cold. Then later, I went back and got an english muffin and covered it in gravy! Yikes!!!!! Then, we took my son to Hooters for his birthday. I ordered the bonless wings with the 3 Mile Island hot sauce on them. Yum!! I only ate half though, the problem may be in the half order of deep fried pickles that I ate. Wow! I have absolutely no self control. I wish I could walk in somewhere like McDonalds and say...I'll have a side salad and some apples. It will come.
