I am a 39 year old mother of 2 teenage boys. The oldest is 18 and is graduating in a couple of weeks. The youngest is 14 and started high school last fall. My husband and I have been married for 17 years.
I love music (all kinds, but esp 30 Seconds to Mars) and going to concerts. I have also started knitting and crocheting. I love to be crafty! I really want to study photography and learn how to be a PhotoShop power user.
I decided to lose weight to become healthier. I have high cholesterol and thankfully that is my only medical ailment directly linked to my weight. My mother has diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid problems and she is morbidly obease. Many members of her family have had difficult lives or have died due to these types of health problems. I refuse to become one of those statistics. I vowed to reach my goal weight by my birthday April 2010, but have gotten off track the last few months. Right now I have restarted (AGAIN)with a new lifestyle change. I am going the vegetarian route!
I am sure I can get the rest of this weight off by my birthday in April of 2011. I have had several minor setback, but I know I will try harder to get there. Then, I will continue to lead a healthier lifestyle for the remainder of my years.

Ultimate goal - 140 - 145 by the end of April 2011 and maintaining - maybe trip to VA Beach to visit family and new clothes!
