Hi All! I am a 57 year young woman trying so hard to get back into the swing of a healty life style. I don't want to died, buy know I need to make healtier choices. I have decided to go with the Atkins plan to help me loose weight because it is one I hope to be able to stick with, even when I loose the weight.
My problem now is exercise. I suppose I weigh so much, that almost my whole body seems to hurt, so therefore, it hurts to do any exercise. Also, I take care of my almost 3 year old grandson, and he is definitely full of entergy.
I blame stress for most of my weight can. I am an emotional eater and want so desperately to get out of that. Atkins, I feel is the best for me because I don't mind doing without alot of carbs. I am not a big bread eater, but I do love pasta. I will miss it for the first few weeks, but I feel this will not be a problem.
Now I just need a little emotional support. Thanks to all who give me a boost.
