Well, here I am once again, messing up. Can't seem to stick to the Atkins plan, even tho this is what my doctor suggested I do. I'm usually not a sweet eater, but have found lately I have been craving some kind of sweets. I have totally fallen "off the wagon" on this one.
So, now I will pick myself up and get back on. I HAVE to loose this weight now only to feel good, but for my health. I just can't seem to get motivated with all that I have been going thru; however, I'm NOT going to give up, no matter how easy that seems to be. I have to do this!!!

One week on Induction Phase. Hopefully, I can loose at least 2 pounds a week. It would be awesome. Looking forward to just FEELING better.

This is my second start. I had forgotten all about this, until this morning when I received this email. I am really disgusted with myself, for I have gained 28 lbs. since my last weigh in in 2003.
So, I am starting over and seeing if I can loose this weight once and for all. My life has changed soooo much in the last 10 years. It's time to "get on fire" to loose weight.

I have actually been on this diet for 3 weeks now and have lost 8 lbs. I seem to be at a plateau right now and find it hard to find quick, good things to eat. Just want to keep it simple. I hope by Christmas I will be at my goal, or close to it.
