I''m 24, living in the UK and slightly bigger than I want to be. I have a HUGE wardrobe of clothes that don't fit me and I'd got to the stage where I just wasn't bothered about what I looked like.

I've just moved into a lovely little flat with my boyfriend and I've had E-nough of having nothing to wear and being generally too flabby.

So, time to make a change.

My end goal is to be able to run/jog 5-10k with the boyf. He's a runner, a rugby player and general all-round sports-freak. I want to be able to wear my size 12 jeans again and take pride in myself again. Ideally, I'd like to stop smoking...however, one thing at a time...

I've always been a bit of a 'big girl' however this time I have expanded much further than ever before. Slightly disheartening because I've got a long way to go - but if I stick at it and try not to think that it will happen quickly - I'll get there. Just got to stay motivated.
