performance: losing 0.5 lb a week
I was always active all my life, playing sports, running etc.. It slowed down after I got into college, bad habits, bad food, not enough sleep, I gained weight. Then I moved to US (I'm originally from Russia) and I gained even more - eating fast food and working at the restaurant where I could eat whatever I wanted. I ended up with 121lbs weight with my 5'2'' height it was unacceptable.. Then my x-bfr told I was fat, that was my wake-up call. I joined gym in 2006 and started biking a lot. I lost weight but didn't have any muscles. So as of right now I'm building muscle, it's hard but I'm determined! I'm NCSF certified!
