I am 25 and just trying to loose a few extra pounds to look good for the beach this summer. I am 140 now and would like to get down to 120. I was doing really well in the fall, down to 129, but for the past couple of months I have been hitting the pizzas and fast food. The biggest problem I have is getting my exercise in. I hate doing it, but Im just going to take it one day at a time. Hope fully being accountable here will translate to getting it done at home.
