Well hello again. Its been a long time since I've been here. I have been vegan for a year and a half and I have gone from being an injured runner to a hiker. Love it. My weight has been creeping up since I have not been working for the last month so I thought I had better take control and logging my journey has always helped. My health and fitness goals are still pretty much the same; shed 20 pounds in a healthy way and to keep it off by lifestyle. So here I go......again :-)

Does any one know how to edit or delete a recipe that entered but I wasn't finished? I also want to edit or delete a recipe that doesn't have the correct servings in it and therefore comes up really high in counts. Help..please!

I love this: There's no such thing as cheating, only choices! NO EXCUSES.... I will be saying it to myself a lot for a time being! Thanks Kat. I made some bad choices over the last three days.

I say record it. Hopefully these journals will be useful in the future. If 2 years down the road you look back and wonder what worked and what didn't, if you don't record your water first thing I would notice is that you didn't have enough water. If you end up working with a personal trainer or dietician/nutritionist they will want to know how much water you drink daily. Sure it doesn't make a different to your RDI but water certainly has a lot to do with weight loss.
