Hi Everyone!

My name is Kendall, I'm 32 years old. I'm a Mommy of two handsome, amazing little men ages 8 and 11 and a brand new baby girl who is 3 months old. I started here on FatSecret a few years ago and had quick awesome results... then life got in the way... but I'm back and ready to get to work.

21 Aug 13 - 226 10 lbs lost!!!!

Hmmm, I'm just now looking at this again. Baby girl is 8 months old. It's almost time for the new year, and new me! My goal is to lose 20 lbs by my 33rd birthday March 2nd. My ultimate goal is to be 180lbs by Kenzie's 1st bday in 4 months, Apr 25th. It's not impossible, lets see if I can do it!!!

Weigh-in question
We have a scale in our office at work, so I weigh myself every morning. It either motivates me either to do better, or motivates me to keep going! When the numbers fall, I get excited and clap without realizing the other people around me LOL! It always makes for a great day when that happens! Very Happy

How Much Weight Did You Lose Before Everyone Else Noticed?
People at work started noticing after only 10 lbs. I've gotten a lot of complements so far, it is very motivating. Smile But I'm with the rest of you... the only thing I notice is that my clothes are getting looser. I think maybe it shows in and on my face. Wink
