Hello I am 26 years old and have been dealing with being over weight my whole life. My parents rewarded me with food and never made me feel like my weight was a "serious" issue. Now I am 200lbs over weight, on high blood pressure medication and constantly being checked for diabetes. After many attempts to lose weight I am hoping this attempt sticks. I have learned that it needs to be a life changing experience. Eating health, working out and taking care of myself spirituality need not be habits but apart of my lifestyle. So thats what I am trying to do. I have a goal to reach 300lbs by Sept 2011.
