I am a 28 yr old hard working mother of two my daughter 12 my son 3. I have been over weight since i had my daughter i have been losing and gaining weight for 11 yrs. I'm so ready to just be healthy, but i would like to do it the right way. All help will be greatly appricated because its hard doing it alone.
