Lets seed last time I was here was 2007/2008 wow.... I was then a newlywed, no children and on my second year of marital bliss :-) Welp it's 2016 still no children and a divorcee of 5 years lol. I'm still in finance and I am also a part-time Group Fitness Instructor 5 days a week. Still in a size 12 even at my current weight. I weight train 4 times a week so I think that helps a lot. I would like to drop some poundage! I am now eating low carb high protein moderate fat. Feeling good and ready to put in the extra work 80% of weight loss is what we eat...so here's to good healthy eating!
