Question Hi All, Does anyone know if Boca Burgers are off limits for Fat Smash Diet- I had one tonight for dinner (No bun, topped with mustard, sliced tomato & Lettuce- tasted very good) I'm on Day 5 of Detox Phase- I guess I could have done worse.

I'm on Extreme Fat Smash and they are allowed (and recommended) during Phase I, so I would expect they are OK for FS, as well.
Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

I'm so glad to hear this. I just got some on sale and was hoping they'd be ok. These make such a yummy lunch without the bun. Smile

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
