Stopped working out!
I also have this issue. I was doing great with my workouts in July, August and September and had been losing inches everywhere! I was soo proud of myself and felt great. However, I am a graduate student and I have an internship and school and there is just very little time to workout at all Sad And, when I do have time I'm either so exhausted that I just want to catch up on sleep or hangout with friends. It has been really difficult to get back into that routine. However, I want to try again and I have started by writing down SPECIFICALLY what days I will workout, for how long, and what I will do in those workouts. I find that writing it down helps me commit to it a little more. Maybe try doing this and also try doing workouts that are short, yet intense and effective. I recommend Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! It is REALLY intense and REALLY works! Plus, it only takes 20 minutes and you will see results! It worked for me, and I hope it will work again if I keep up with it. Hope this helps! Smile
