Crash diet...Need advice!
Here's my situation!!
My boyfriend's family invited me to Riviera Maya, Mexico in June. This would have me really excited, however..my weight has gotten out of control the last couple years and I've failed to stay on top of it.
I'm fairly active and training for a half marathon, so attributing my weight gain primarily to eating out with friends often. I'm sure that's how I got to be over 200 pounds. Anyway, since I committed to going on this trip, the thought of me wearing a bikini devastates me. I KNOW that it's very unhealthy and a very unsustainable form of weight loss but I've cut down to 500 calories and am losing about a pound a day. I want to know if there are any healthier ways to lose about 20 pounds in 5-6 weeks times.
It's my own fault for waiting this long, I know. Now my only focus is looking decent in June. As a 5'10" female, about 170 is my short term goal.
